COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Competition:

  1. The Promoters are Onestone Media Ltd, The Crypto Investor Show and Arrinera.
  2. Competition offers entrants the chance to win 50,000 ARRI coins. Further details below.
  3. The Competition shall commence at 10:00pm Greenwich Mean Time (“GMT”) on Monday 5th March 2018 and shall end at 8:00pm GMT on Thursday 8th March 2018 (the “Competition Period”).
  4. To enter the Competition you must have a valid ticket to The Crypto Investor Show 2018.
  5. To enter the Competition, entrants must complete the Competition Form and enter their estimate for the price of Bitcoin (according to Cryptocompare.com) at the exact time and date the show starts (10th March 2018, 9am GMT).
  6. All entries must be made during the Competition Period. No further entries will be considered outside of this time.
  7. Entrants must enter their email address into the Competition Form, as well as their ticket number and their price estimate in US Dollars (USD) to 2 decimal places, in order to enter the competition.
  8. By entering the Competition, entrants consent to being added into the Promoter’s marketing database and agree that the Promoter may contact them with relevant news and offers or other marketing purposes. Entrants may opt out at any time.
  9. Entries which do not comply with these Rules of Entry will be void.
  10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted or not successfully completed for whatever reason.
  11. Any entry that is made online using methods generated by a script, macro, or through the use of automated devices will be void.
  12. Incomplete or fraudulent entries will not be valid and will be void.
  13. Postal entries will not be accepted.

 

Eligibility:

  1. The Competition is open to entrants aged 18 years or over who hold a valid ticket to the Crypto Investor Show 2018.
  2. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, agents and any third party professionally connected with the administration of the Promotion may not participate.
  3. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any entry, or refuse to award any prize to anyone that is believed to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

 

Winners:

  1. One Winner will be selected, that person being the person whose estimate is closest to the real value US dollar value of Bitcoin at exactly 9am GMT on 10th March 2018.
  2. The Winner will be selected by a representative from Cryptocompare.
  3. In the event of there being multiple Winners who have selected the entered the same value, the Winner will be the person who entered the competition first.
  4. The Winner will be notified by the Promoter by email after the show, using the email address supplied at the time of entry.
  5. The Promoter may also make announcements regarding the Winner of the Competition on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, all of the above or any other social media platform as the Promoter so chooses.
  6. The Promoter may also make announcements regarding the Winner of the competition via emails to subscribers of the Promoter’s database.
  7. If any Winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 48 hours of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the Winner and re-allocate the prize at their discretion.
  8. The Winner consent to their name and town being posted across the Promoter’s owned social and online channels, and email communication. Any personal data relating to the Winners or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

 

Limitations of liability:

  1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate a winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of accepting the Prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.
  2. Entrants may only enter once and their entry can not be changed.
  3. The Promoter is not liable for any additional costs incurred by the Winner in the redemption of the Prize.
  4. Neither the Promoter, its employees nor its agents assume any responsibility or liability for the following:
    1. Any incorrect or inaccurate entry made.
    2. Any system failures on any of the websites, applications or social media platforms being utilised to run the Competition.
    3. Any failure to fulfil obligations of any third parties involved in this Competition, although the Promoter will endeavour to minimise the effect to entrants of such failure.
    4. Any other matter outside of the Promoter’s reasonable control which prevents the Promoter from performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions. Such matters include but are not limited to the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, fire or flood, riot, legal restrictions or an act of God.
